Our operational reach extends from Atlantic Canada's coastal communities to primary commercial gateways across three continents.
Deltagvivid's coverage model is structured in three concentric rings. The innermost ring is our direct-operation zone: Halifax Regional Municipality and surrounding Nova Scotia, where we own the assets and staff who execute the work. The second ring is our managed domestic network: carrier partnerships with defined SLA standards covering all ten provinces and three territories, with Deltagvivid acting as the single point of accountability regardless of which asset operator handles the physical move. The third ring is our international trade-lane network: 40-plus active lanes supported by IATA-accredited air freight agents and licensed customs brokers at origin and destination. Every ring operates under our tracking and documentation standards — your client portal shows the same data whether a shipment is crossing Halifax Harbour or the Pacific Ocean.

Domestic freight coverage
All provinces and territories. Direct-lane service on Halifax–Montréal–Toronto–Calgary–Vancouver. Northern and remote routes via vetted partner network.
International shipping coverage
Active lanes: United States, Germany, Netherlands, Japan, South Korea. Additional destinations available on request — gateway routing via Halifax, Toronto, and Vancouver.
Warehousing coverage
Single facility in Halifax, NS. Inbound from any Deltagvivid domestic or international lane. Outbound to any point we service domestically or internationally.
Last-mile delivery coverage
Halifax Regional Municipality (daily), Annapolis Valley, South Shore, and Cape Breton Island. New Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland served via domestic freight.
Coverage limits we acknowledge openly
Knowing where our network ends is as useful to you as knowing where it begins.
No logistics provider covers every point on the map with equal reliability, and we do not claim otherwise. Deltagvivid's direct coverage is strongest in Atlantic Canada. Domestic freight moves in Western Canada are executed through carrier partners who meet our SLA standards but operate their own assets — transit time guarantees on those lanes carry a one-day tolerance compared to our direct-operation corridors. International coverage is limited to the trade lanes listed on this page. Spot-rate requests for unlisted destinations are accepted but take 48 hours to source and may not achieve the same documentation standards as our primary lanes. If your freight requirement is outside our primary coverage, we will tell you directly — and refer you to a specialist if appropriate.
