Deltagvivid is a logistics company headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We provide domestic freight forwarding across Canada, international shipping on more than 40 trade lanes, short- and long-term warehousing at our Halifax facility, and last-mile delivery across Nova Scotia. Our clients include regional manufacturers, e-commerce businesses, import-dependent retailers, and Canadian distributors who need supply-chain partners capable of handling multiple freight modes under a single management account. We do not operate as a broker that disappears after a load is tendered — we maintain operational oversight at every stage of a shipment's journey, from the point of booking through to the delivery confirmation uploaded to your account. That distinction matters practically: when something goes wrong in transit, there is one number to call, and the person who answers has access to the operational data needed to resolve the issue.

Since 2016, our team has grown from a six-person startup coordinating Atlantic Canada LTL moves to a 34-person operation managing freight across three continents. That growth was not driven by expanding what we promised — it was driven by consistently delivering what we already promised to the businesses that rely on us. We assign a named account manager to every client with ongoing freight requirements. That person attends every quarterly review, maintains your lane history in our system, and is the first call when an exception occurs. Our technology layer — the indigo-tech operations platform visible across all of our services — was built internally and has been refined over 200,000 completed shipments. It is not a third-party tool we resell; it is the operational backbone we built because the off-the-shelf alternatives did not meet our documentation and exception-management standards. We do not guarantee outcomes that depend on factors outside our control: weather events, government-imposed border delays, or port congestion. We do guarantee that you will know about these events in real time and that we will present you with routing alternatives as quickly as operationally possible.
