When reaching out about a freight requirement, please include: your origin city or postal code, your destination (city and country), a description of the cargo (commodity type, approximate weight and dimensions), your required delivery date or transit window, and any relevant special handling requirements. For warehousing enquiries, include your expected pallet volume and preferred start date. For last-mile delivery, include the delivery zone and approximate weekly parcel count. This information allows our operations team to prepare a lane analysis and rate proposal in a single response rather than an extended back-and-forth. Incomplete enquiries are still welcome — we will ask the right follow-up questions.
